For the kid'sbathroom, we wanted a clean simple design that was not fussy but still had style. By simply installing high gloss beveled black subway tiles behind the vanity we created an interesting feature wall for our fanciful mirrors. When style needs to meet budget, here are 3 valuable tips to consider

1) If you are after a classic or modern look, budget friendly subway tiles (which come in a variety of colors) are always the perfect fit for a bathroom wall especially in the shower or tub area.
2) Purchased a prefab vanity that comes complete with sink and marble top. We selected a vanity size that fit the opening but it did not have to go perfectly wall to wall.
3) Whimsical Venetian style mirrors look more interesting and also were less expensive than ordering two custom sized mirrors
